The DKV 2005 is a strong, versatile air powered vacuum system for the removal of dust & abrasives.

 

With the DKV 2005 De Kleijn BV made an air powered vacuum system which complies with contemporary environmental regulation and with the demands for substantial saving on waste disposal and grit use. During the development of the abrasive recovery system, De Kleijn BV paid a lot of attention to details, design & applications. Of course, the DKV 2005 endured extensive tests before  market introduction. In the first place the pneumatically driven DKV 2005 has been developed for recovery of abrasives and for application with the De Kleijn BV blast vessels. The DKV 2005 can also be used as a stand alone for the removal and filtering of a wide variety of (by-) products likes granulates and metal chips. As soon as the vacuum system is switched off, the filter of the DKV 2005 is automatically cleaned by an air flushing system.

The vacuum system is, due to its air driven nature, suitable for use in explosion risk areas. Optional as a dust separator. This separator can be mounted on a container or on a blast vessel for separation of duct and abrasive for instant reprocessing of the abrasive.
